The importance of the teamwork

I think teamwork is very important .

First , teamwork is the best preparation for life and career. Nowadays, the term "teamwork" is really very popular. We may hear "teamwork" everywhere. In a company, cooperation is in the first place. Every member should work together rather than work by himself. When we play football, our teammates should cooperate with each other to win the game. So cooperation is also very important. Off setting your weaknesses by learning from other's strengths, you can eventually succeed in your life and career.

Second, teamwork can bring many benefits . For example:Enhances success , promote creativity, builds synergy, promotes trade-off and solves problems. It’s  fun and reduces tension and conflicts and helps both large corporations and small groups, It also responds to the challenge of change.

In a word , to be a college student ,I think it’s neccesary for us to build a “teamwork”spirit. Because it’s becoming more and more important!
